I’m Lori, Founder and President of Clear Reflections.
Our company was born from love, and the need to never forget. In 2004, we lost a dear family member. At the same time, I had been looking to transition from the corporate world to one in which I could make a difference in people's lives, in a significant and more meaningful way. With a background as Director of Sales and Marketing, as well as Event Management (Not for Profit and Life Cycle events), my love for providing people with lasting memories was already an integral part of my personal and professional focus.

How It Began.
Creating the Light of Remembrance Yahrzeit Calendar was both a tribute to my loved one and the start of something new — a way to capture memory in a tangible form.
Our very first design etched twenty years of Yahrzeit candle-lighting dates into glass, making it easier for families to observe the annual ritual that otherwise can be difficult to track. This piece quickly became our signature product, and the foundation of everything we’ve built since.
Growing the Vision.
Over time, Clear Reflections expanded beyond Jewish remembrance to include commemorative designs for people of all faiths and traditions. Today, families can choose from shapes, symbols, or personal engravings that reflect their heritage, culture, or unique story.
We also create custom recognition pieces for nonprofit organizations and corporations. Working with our trusted partners — including the manufacturers of the Oscar® Trophy — we design one-of-a-kind awards that celebrate the people, causes, and milestones that shape our communities.
Why It Matters.
From concept to creation, Clear Reflections has always been a labour of love. Each Light of Remembrance produced means someone has lost a loved one — and the meaning of that is never lost on me. Every thank-you note, every story shared by families, reminds me why I do this work.
